- 40 ml Moonlight Gin
- 20 ml of fresh lemon
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 10 ml of fresh pineapple
- 10 ml blackberry liqueur
- 20 ml egg white

PREPARATION

Add Moonlight Gin, fresh lemon and fresh pineapple, sugar syrup, blackberry liqueur and egg white in a shaker with ice.
Mix vigorously until combined.
It is then strained into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
It can be decorated with edible flowers.
