Coconut Tom Collins

This famous cocktail has created many controversies over time, because it is not known who is actually the original creator and who is this Tom who bears his name. In writing, it was mentioned for the first time in 1876 by Jerry Thomas, “the father of American mixology”. We believe that it is possible that Zamfira, or… the spirit of Zamfira, inspired Jerry Thomas.
