The first white rum produced in Romania, 100% in the Magura Zamfirei Distillery, using the finest molasses from sugarcane originating from South America as the sole ingredient. Expertly crafted and passionately made by a master distiller following the traditions of South America, it undergoes the process of fermentation and then “one and a half” distillation in small-sized alembic stills. This unconventional distillation method brings out the rich and pronounced notes of molasses, honey, and sweet hints of vanilla. Haiduc Rom is a delicate and friendly product that does not contain added sugar, flavors, or colors.
It is a full-bodied rum, highly fruity, with pronounced vanilla notes. Amazingly, it presents a bouquet dominated by brown sugar and subtle hints of coffee.
