Moonlight Gin, the second product in our gin range, is a remarkable gin distilled under the light of the full moon using carefully selected 15 botanicals. In this meticulously crafted recipe, you can find notes of blackcurrants, vanilla, cinnamon, pink pepper, ginger, Florentine iris, and grains of paradise. The spectacular ultramarine blue color is obtained through infusion with Clitoria Ternatea flowers, without any artificial coloring whatsoever. Moonlight Gin delights us visually and with a small “magic show” when mixed in a gin and tonic, as it magically transitions from ultramarine blue to a stunning light violet.

With patience in the recipe creation, we incorporate juniper, coriander, oranges, limes, cinnamon, red pepper, ginger, blackcurrants, angelica, vanilla pods, licorice root, Florentine iris, grains of paradise, cardamom, and Clitoria Ternatea flowers.
